Connecting with a friend
Both of you open Message Korp. One taps Create room and shares the 7-letter code, link or QR code; the other enters the code, taps the link or scans the QR code.
Calls on mobile data
Calls connect directly between phones when possible, and through an encrypted relay when a network blocks direct connections. Keep the app open during calls.
Video Plus
Voice calls, messages and photo/video sharing are free. Video Plus is a monthly subscription for 300 video minutes per month and hosting live rooms. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Reporting and blocking
In a live room, tap the flag to report the room or tap Report next to a comment. Hosts can block people. Contact us for anything urgent.
Delete your data
Message Korp has no accounts. Your messages, photos and videos are stored only on the phones in the chat: delete a message for yourself or for both of you, clear the chat history, or uninstall the app to remove them from your phone.
To delete the data we keep on our server (the random installation ID used for your free video calls and subscription status, and any safety reports you were part of), email support@korpvpn.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the approximate date you last used the app. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Purchase records needed for legal or tax obligations may be kept as the law requires. Safety reports are otherwise deleted after 90 days.
